Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Kuwait and UAE and Bahrain and Oman and Qatar and Jordan and USA, UK, Spain, Italy, Germany, Nederland, France. Even though we do our best to provide you with door-to-door service, we can’t guarantee that all shipments will be delivered to your door. Some of the shipments will be delivered to the nearest logistic branch based on the service provider.
Delivery Time
We are using committed shipping service providers to deliver all the products within the fastest time frame. Delivery times are estimated and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
*Excluded from the estimated times below are all orders that are not available in the express warehouses, not within the work hours, or have special requests such as packaging, engraving, etc., where the delivery period is from 2-7 working days.

There are No extra or hidden charges when you make a purchase on Al-Majed 4 Oud. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive of VAT or Sale Tax (except any custom & related custom fees or charges that might be applicable on some of the international orders out of Saudi Arabia.)

Return and exchange policy
At Al Majed for oud, we provide a flexible and reassuring policy for our valued customers, where you can replace or retrieve all products within 7 days from the date of receipt according to the following conditions:
1- The product has not been opened and is in its original packaging.
2- The product was not wrapped, manufactured, combined, modified, or engraved at the request of the customer.
3- Purchase cards and the like are non-refundable
4- The apparent defect in the product - if any - was not due to the customer's intention.
5- Original invoice is available.
Al Majed for oud will cover the costs of returning shipments in the following cases:
1- Receiving a damaged product.
2- Receiving a different product than required.
3- Missing product.
4- An over-demand product received.
- Refund period
- KSA: From one to 15 working days, depending on the bank that is dealt with.
- Kuwait: From one to 15 working days, depending on the bank that is dealt with.
- UAE: Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
- Bahrain: From one to 15 working days, depending on the bank that is dealt with.
- Oman: From one to 15 working days, depending on the bank that is dealt with.
- Qatar, Egypt, Jordan, Spain, UK, Germany, Italy, France, holanda : From 10 days to 30 working days, depending on the bank that is dealt with.
How to obtain a return request?
First: You need to contact our customer service representative through live chat or by calling 920020088
Second: You have to provide:
1- Original invoice or order number
2- Product photos
3- Keeping your products with you even if they are defective.
Third: Our customer service representatives will analyze your request and if all conditions apply, we will issue you a new shipping slip via your registered email address. Then you will need to print it and take it to the logistic provider that we will assign to you. We can not guarantee that the logistic provider comes to your door to pick up the return shipment.
Fourth: Once we receive your order in our warehouse, we will check the order and confirm all conditions are applied. Then we will issue a refund in the same payment method you use when you paid for your order. Usually, the refund process takes from 1 to 15 business days based on your bank.

Shipping or Delivery fee may be extra depending on the offers running on the website of “Al-Majed 4 Oud” & also on the shipping policy defined on our website you check .If there is an offer on some minimum order amount then you can avail the free shipping on all your order, if exceeds that minimum buying amount, Otherwise we usually charge a shipping fee based on payment method used by a customer during their purchases.

Cancellation Policy
Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes, you can cancel the order and get a full refund of the value paid while you didn't pass 7 days since the order was received and all conditions described in the exchange and return policy apply.
How will the amount be returned to my account?
The refund will be made according to the payment method.
Prepaid: the amount will be returned to the card or wallet that was used for the initial payment.
Cash On Delivery: the amount will be transferred to the customer's bank account.
Are there any fees for canceling my order and getting my money back?
There is no fee for cancellation, you can cancel at any time within 7 days of reception and get a full refund while all exchange and return policies apply.
