What is Cash On Delivery ?

This payment method allows you to pay your order amount at the time of actual delivery of your order at your doorstep.

We do not charge any cancellation fee, If in case you request to cancel an order

How do I cancel an order?

Currently we are not offering any cancellation activity from customer’s account section, but if you wish to cancel an order then you can contact our customer care team & request for the same.If your order has been shipped & out for delivery then kindly do not accept the delivery of order, once we found that order has been rejected from your side then we will refund the amount into your bank account(Applicable only for Prepaid orders), the amount refunded may take up to 14 business to be reflect into your bank account.You can check the status of your order in “My Order” section.

A cancellation charge may apply for the orders made through an online payment method & has been shipped from our end, so kindly visit our “Cancellation Policy”

Will shipping charges be refunded if I cancel my order ?

We refund the total invoice amount without any deduction.

When will I get my refund ?

If your is not shipped from our side & you have requested for a cancellation then contact our customer care team, they will raise a request of refund with our finance team & will process your refund. (Kindly note: Refund process may take up to 14 business days to reflect the amount into your bank account)

If your order has been shipped & rejected from your side during the delivery, then we will receive a confirmation on the same from our delivery partner, after that our customer care team will escalate it to the finance team for the process of refunding your order amount.

We will also update the status of your order into our system & the same will reflect into your “My Order” section.

How will I get refund for my canceled order and how long will this process take ?

In case of cancellation requested before shipping of your then we will process your refund within 2-6 business days & amount may reflect into your business account up to 14 business days.

In case of cancellation requested after shipping of your order then we will wait till we received the shipment confirmation from our shipping service provider as shipment has been “Rejected by the customer”, once we received the confirmation then we will process your refund within 2-6 business days.

Kindly note:

The timeline for refund process shall be applicable for a “Dispatched Order” from the day we received confirmation from our shipping service provider.

Returns & Refunds
What are conditions to raise a return request after the delivery ?

Returns will not be acceptable under the following conditions:

  1. If a return is requested after 7 days of the delivery date
  2. If product is used or altered
  3. If the product is damaged/tempered by the customer

How do I return an item purchased on “Al-Majed 4 Oud” ?

You are eligible for the returns in following case:

  1. You have received a damaged product
  2. You have received a different product than your ordered item
  3. You have received a defective item
  4. You have received items missing in your shipment

In all of the above cases, you can raise a return/replacement & refund request within 7 business days of receiving the order.

Step 1:

  1. Visit my order section
  2. Click on “Order ID” that you wish to Return/Replace/Refund
  3. Click on “Want to return” then you shall be redirected to a separate screen to fill all the relevant details & item you wish to Return/Replacement.
  4. Once you filled all the necessary details then click “Submit”
  5. After submitting you return request our customer care team will contact you for further verification & information.

Kindly Note:Al-Majed 4 Oud has right to reject your return request any time, if we found that your request does not fulfill all the criteria required for return & replacement.

Step 2:

Once your request is received, We will be responsible to pick the item from your side & arrange the reverse pick up through our logistics service provider.We will initiate the process of replacement/refund only if the products are received by us in original packaging with their seals, labels and bar codes intact.

Kindly note:

If there is a case of replacement then It will depend upon stock availability of the requested product.If we found the requested product is out of stock then we will process the full amount as refund for the unavailable product or you can ask for any alternative product of the same amount against that replacement.

I have received a damaged/wrong product in my order, how should I proceed ?

You can raise a replacement/refund request only within 7 days after the delivery of your order, where your items must fulfill the eligibility criteria for return/replacement.


  1. Go to My Order > Click on “want of return”
  2. Choose the item for return & reason
  3. Select the resolution you want from our side (Refund,Store Credit, Replacement,Gift Card, Coupon)
  4. Upload the required images to validate & authorize from our customer care team
  5. Get ready to hand over the shipment to our shipping service provider with original packaging, bar codes and labels intact.
I have received an item missing with my order, what should I do ?

We prepare your shipment with a rigorous quality check before it leaves our warehouse, but still if you found items missing with your shipping then within 6 hours after the delivery of your order, you have to contact our customer care to discuss your issue & get the resolution for the missing, where we can either reship the missing item or refund the amount.

How can I track status of my return ?

You can check the status of return through “My return”,still if you do not see any update then you can contact us by clicking on “Contact us” call to action button available on home page footer section, where you will find various option to contact us like (What’sat’s App/Chat/Submit your Query)

When will I get my refund ?

Once we received the products return to our warehouse then we will start the process of refund which may take up to the 2-6 business days & refunded amount may take up to 14 business days to be credited into your bank account.

Can I return part of my order ?

Yes you can raise a partial return request with us if you found only specific items required for return/replacement/refund & rest of the items are in good condition of use.

To raise your request you have to visit “My Order” Section & click on “want to return”, Kindly make sure that your order must fulfill the eligibility criteria of return mentioned in the reason listed on “RMA Form”.

How will I get the refund for the returned orders & how long this process will take ?

We will refund the amount as per the resolution requested from your side, currently we have following resolution for refund:

  1. Store Credit
  2. Bank Refund
  3. Gift Card
  4. Coupon Code

Kindly Note: If you choose to accept refund as “Store Credit/Gift Card/Coupon Code” then it will not take more than 24 to 72 hours once we received & verify all the details of returned shipment,While If you have requested for the bank transfer (Applicable for Cash on Delivery Orders) or Into your Credit/Debit card through which you have made your actual payment.

Do Al-Majed sells Internationally ?

Currently, We are not shipping internationally but in the future we will start shipping to the GCC regions (Kuwait, Bahrain, UAE, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia)

Why do I see a ‘shipping fee’ ?

Shipping fee is applicable in case if your order value is below 199 SAR then we will charge a shipping fee on your order according to the payment method used.

How do I ensure my order will be received in a good condition?

Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.Once they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted shipping service provider.Our delivery partners then bring the shipment to you at the earliest. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve to resolve the issue. If you face any issue with our trusted delivery partner then kindly contact us any time.

How are items packaged ?

We package wrap our our products with air filled bubble then we put them in the boxes safely, we put fragile items stickers on to let our delivery partner know that we are selling glass bottle products .We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging. Till date, we have received minimal complaints about damaged products due to our packaging.

What is the coverage area of locations to which Al-majed 4 oud ships their products ?

Al-Majed 4 oud is shipping their products across the “King of Saudi Arabia”, where in some remote areas our delivery partner may ask you to collect the shipment from their nearest delivery branch.

My order has been shipped . Now how can I track it ?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. Also you can track your order by visiting “My Account > My Order > Track Order”. The track button will get activated once the order is shipped. Sometimes, courier takes upto 12 hours to activate the link, so kindly try after the mentioned period.You can either track through the link shared with you over E-mail/SMS.

What is the estimated delivery time ?

We dispatch most orders within 1-3 business days (i.e. excluding Friday,Saturday and public holidays).Though, we keep 99% of our catalogue in our inventory, but sometimes due to over demand or unexpected number of orders our products got out of stock & it take 2-3 days to refill those products While we are trying our best to avoid this situation, these products might delay your order. If you are ordering our products from a Mega Sale event, dispatches may be a bit delayed due to increased volumes. We will target to dispatch all orders within 5 days of order date
